TradingView has no API for granting invite-only scripts, so a person adds your username by hand. We need to know which account to add. Nothing happens until you send the form below.
Which TradingView account?
Your username — not your display name, and not your email. They are usually different.
Where to find your exact username
- Open TradingView and click your avatar, top right.
- Choose Profile. Your browser's address bar now reads
tradingview.com/u/yourname/ - The part after
/u/is your username. It is also printed under your profile picture, in smaller grey type.
It is not your display name. The large name on your profile is the display name — it can contain spaces, capitals and emoji, and it is often nothing like the username. A display name will not resolve, and access will not be granted.
What happens next
- We grant access by hand, within 1 business hour. Business hours are 09:00–18:00 UK, Monday to Friday. Outside them it is the next business hour — an order placed at 02:00 Saturday is done Monday morning. We would rather tell you that than say "instantly" and miss.
- A confirmation email arrives at the address above when it is done.
- Open TradingView → Indicators → Invite-Only Scripts → CruxAlgo Pro.
Sent the wrong one? Fill this form in again with the correct username — the most recent submission wins, and there is no penalty for sending it twice. If access has not arrived within one business hour, email support@cruxalgo.com and a person will pick it up directly.
