What if I want a refund?
Email support@cruxalgo.com within 30 days and we refund you. No conditions — no setup checklist, no minimum number of trading sessions, no proof of use.
It is called “CruxAlgo Pro” — is there a cheaper version?
No. Pro is the product name, not a tier. There is no Basic, no Lite and no upgrade path, because there is only one product and you are looking at all of it. The name on the TradingView listing is CruxAlgo Pro, which is what you will see in your Invite-Only Scripts once access is granted — the same thing this page is selling, at the same price, with every component switched on.
Can I cancel?
One click, any time. Your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Is there a lifetime option?
No, and there will not be. A one-time price for a product that needs maintaining is a promise made with someone else's money — the customers who come after. We would rather charge $29.90 and keep shipping than take a large one-off payment and quietly stop.
Do I need a paid TradingView plan on top of this?
No. CruxAlgo runs on the free Basic plan, and it is a single script rather than two — so it does not crowd out the other tools you want on the chart.
